1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IV-AI.Solution website, products, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

IV-AI.Solution provides AI-native digital consultancy services and platforms, including:

  • Digital & Domain Consulting: Strategy, roadmaps, and AI-native operating models.
  • End-to-End Build: Concept-to-release delivery for digital products and AI-powered experiences.
  • Training & Enablement: AI-native execution training programs.
  • Service Augmentation: Embedded AI-native practitioners.
  • IV-CMS: AI-assisted content management platform.
  • IV-PP: Enterprise prompt and version governance platform.

3. User Accounts

Some Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Use the Services to infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in any activity that could harm IV-AI.Solution or other users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Services are owned by IV-AI.Solution or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Service Engagements

Professional services engagements are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). These Terms of Service apply to general website and platform use.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IV-AI.SOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IV-AI.Solution and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the website or email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
