This Privacy Policy applies to all IV-AI.Solution products and services, including IV-CMS, IV-PP, The Hood, and related websites, APIs, and early access programs. Product-specific notices may supplement this policy where required.

• Account data: name, email, credentials, organisation details, role, preferences.
• Usage and telemetry: feature usage, performance metrics, diagnostics, device/browser data, coarse location for security and localisation.
• Content and prompts: content stored in IV-CMS, prompts and metadata in IV-PP, gameplay data and chat for The Hood.
• Payment and billing data: billing contact, address, payment method tokens (processed via PCI-compliant providers), transaction history.
• Support data: communications with support, feedback, and survey responses.
• Sensitive data: not intentionally collected; customers must not store regulated data (e.g., PHI, PCI data) unless expressly agreed in writing.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, the applicable contract, or legal obligations. Upon account closure or SOW termination, data is deleted or anonymized per agreed timelines, subject to legal retention requirements.

• For telemetry/cookies, honour browser or in-product controls where provided.

We implement encryption, least privilege access, MFA for admin access, logging, and incident response. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we commit to reasonable and appropriate safeguards.

11. Children's Data

Our products are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children; if discovered, data will be deleted promptly.
